Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the following address: itp2027@sciencesconf.org --
For cancellations received before 15th of June 2027, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for requests received after 15th of June 2027. Registrations made by order form are subject to the same cancellation conditions. Registration fees will be refunded, with a deduction of 20€ excluding VAT for administration costs, if the congress is cancelled by the organisers. In this case, the organisers will have no further responsibility towards registrants. Registrations will remain valid if the congress is postponed to a later date.
